Definition of dowsing
Dowsing has been defined as the ability to use a natural sensitivity which enables us to know things that we cannot know by learning, knowledge and experience of the five physical senses. Dowsing is an ancient art and practice which inspires us to dowse, that is, to search with the aid of dowsing tools or instruments for that which is otherwise hidden from our view or outside our knowledge. It is most generally known as the search for underground water which is certainly a basic need in many parts of the world.
However, there are other very important uses which include The search for negative energies such as Geopathic Stress, archaeological remains, cavities and tunnels, oil, veins of mineral ore, underground building services, missing items and sometimes missing persons.
In addition, positive and high vibration energies can be located and demonstrated.

Can be carried out at a distance even to the extent of another continent. This is Map or House plan dowsing.

It is also used in the area of health when a causative factor is sought and suitable remedies ascertained.
